Guest Fee
$85.00 per person
Includes: Welcome Reception and AKIN Dinner.  Guest/s are not permitted to attend conference lectures or workshops.  Attendance to lectures and workshops requires a delegate registration fee.


Cancellation Policy
 Prior to June 1, 2008, if requested in writing, registration fee will be refunded less a $75 administrative cost. No refunds after June 1, 2008. Allow 6-8 weeks for a refund.
